Your Fixx for Fitness
Located off Catalina Highway near Bear Canyon and Tanque Verde, CrossFit Fixx is a 3,600 sq ft space designed for purposeful and personalized training. We have a dedicated area for group classes and another for semi-private coaching, so whether you thrive in a high-energy environment or prefer a more focused approach, there’s a spot for you. Our Coaches work closely with each member, building custom plans and checking in regularly with InBody scans to track real progress — not just workouts.

1. Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?
Not at all! Many of our members started as complete beginners. Every workout is scalable, and our coaches will guide you through proper technique and help you build confidence from day one.
2. What’s included in the Free Intro session?
Your Free Intro is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation with a coach. We’ll learn about your goals, answer your questions, and help you find the program that fits you best.
3. Do you sell supplements or gear?
Yes! We offer a selection of protein powders, recovery drinks, bars, and CrossFit Fixx custom merch available in the gym.
4. How is small group personal training different from regular CrossFit classes?
Small group personal training is capped at 2–4 people, with each person following their own custom program. It’s great if you’re working toward specific goals and want more focused attention.
5. Is this an open gym or do I need an appointment?
We’re not an open gym — all sessions are appointment-based and coach-led. This means every time you walk through the door, you have a plan and a coach to help you follow it.
6. Where is CrossFit Fixx located?
We’re in Northeast Tucson, just off Catalina Highway near Bear Canyon and Tanque Verde Road. You’ll find us at 8987 E Tanque Verde Rd, Suite 353. Free parking is available.
7. Do you offer programs for kids and teens?
Yes! We have fitness programs for kids ages 7–11 and teens ages 12–17. Each class is led by a coach and focuses on age-appropriate strength, movement, and fun.
8. Do you offer nutrition support?
Absolutely! Our in-house nutrition coaching is habit-based and personalized — no strict diets, just small, sustainable changes. We also use InBody scans to track your progress.
9. How do you track progress?
We offer quarterly goal reviews for all members, using our InBody scanner to track body composition, muscle mass, and more. It helps you see real progress over time — not just on the scale.
10. What if I have an injury or limitation?
Our coaches are trained to modify movements and tailor workouts around your needs. Whether you’re rehabbing an injury or just need extra support, we’ve got you covered.
