Calling all KIDS & TEENS!!

CrossFit Kids & Teens Summer Programs start next week

-Teen Strength Training for ages 12-16 on Mondays & Wednesdays

-CrossFit Kids for ages 7-11 on Tuesdays & Thursdays

Our CrossFit Kids program for kids aged 7-11 is back for another 9-week session!

Children will learn and practice a variety of athletic movements that will enhance performance in all sports as well as functional fitness for everyday life. It’s a great opportunity for your kids to see that fitness can be fun!

This summer program runs 6/6-8/4, with classes every Tuesday & Thursday from 3:30-4:15pm. Cost is $250 for the full 9 week program. All kids grades 2nd – 5th are invited to participate!

TEENS Program

Kids aged 12-16 will develop a strong foundation in strength training. They will learn form and technique for foundational movements that build strength, are important for success in all sports, and useful in everyday life.

This 9-week program runs 6/5 – 8/4, with classes every Monday and Wednesday from 3:30-4:30pm. Cost for the full 9-weeks is $250. All fitness levels are welcome!
