Kids Program
Active Bodies, Healthy Minds
Designed for kids ages 7–11, our Kids Fitness Classes in Tucson combine movement, skill-building, and play in a fun, coach-led environment. We introduce the basics of functional fitness — think squats, jumps, running, and bodyweight movements — all scaled to what’s safe and appropriate for growing bodies.
Each session is 45 minutes and includes a warm-up, skill focus, short workout, and fun fitness games to keep kids engaged. Our goal isn’t just to build fitness, but to help kids develop a positive relationship with movement.
