1:00 Samson stretch R/L* per side

*Change to BB on Press and OHS in round 2 or 3

Squatober Final

Overhead Squat (3-3-2-2-1-1-1)

With 12 minutes on the clock find a one rep max for OHS

Rep only counts if you have full lockout OH and full depth of squat. Be sure to have your coach watch as you attempt your single reps to get credit

Front Squat (3-3-2-2-1-1-1)

With 12 minutes on the clock find a one rep max for FS

Rep only counts when you have reached full depth of squat and stand. Be sure to have your coach watch as you attempt your single reps to get credit for the lift.

Back Squat (3-3-2-2-1-1-1)

With 12 minutes on the clock find a one rep max BS
