3. Heaving Snatch Balance

4. Snatch Balance without a dip

5. Snatch Balance with a dip

High Hang Power Snatch (3-3-3-2-2-2)

Working on fast turnover, weight should be light to moderate

Front Squat (Build to a moderate set of 3
5-5-5-3-3-3)

Working at a light to moderate weight.

Push Press (Working light to moderate weight consistency is key

All weight stay the same throughout the sets.
