bow & bend

equating ankle stretch

Russian baby makers

iron cross

scorpion

walking lunge w/twist

samson stretch

spiderman walk

This warm up should take 10-15 minutes total time

Strength

This is week 4 of 5

Athletes will rotate between movements.

Deadlift (4 x 2)

4 sets of 2 reps 90% of 2 rep from week 1

Bench Press (4 x 2)

4 sets of 2 reps 90% of 2 rep from week 1

Upright Row (4 x 2)

Barbell Upright Row
4 sets of 2 reps 90% of 2 rep from week 1
